Your privacy matters to us.

Glory of God Ministries (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Ministry”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at gogministry.org. Please read this policy carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data.

When you submit a “Connect” card as a guest, visitor, or Connect II — being planted into the ministry, we collect your name, email, mobile phone number, email address, and birthday (new members only mm/yyyy). The “Connect I” information is used to welcome you and connect you with the ministry. “Connect II” questions are for Pastoral follow-up and care.

When you register your children for GOG Kingdom Kidz, we collect the parent/guardian name and phone number, and for each child: first name, last name, age, and allergy information. We also ask if we may text you in case of an emergency. This information is used to inform the Instructor and facilitate children's ministry participation, ensuring appropriate age-group placement and direction for any emergency (i.e., food allergy).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You may also manage your account settings through your profile or delete your account.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy for any changes.
