Pastor Jared Davis
Pastor Jared Davis is the Senior Pastor of Glory of God Ministries. With a calling rooted in early encounters with the Lord and shaped through years of faithful service, he is committed to preaching the gospel, ministering deliverance, and guiding believers toward spiritual maturity. His heart is to see people transformed by the power of God and equipped to live out His Word.
Born on September 6, 1992, Pastor Jared first began experiencing encounters with the Lord at eight years old. Through recurring visions of the night, he saw himself completely engulfed in flames without being burned, casting out demons, and raising the dead. These encounters began before he understood the fivefold ministry, the supernatural, or the power of God—subjects that had neither been taught in his home nor introduced to him through television. In 2002, he received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at New Faith Unity Baptist Church.
At sixteen, Pastor Jared began his public ministry at Dynamic Faith Church in Houston’s Greenspoint community under the leadership of Apostle Anthony Sumuels. There, he accepted his call to ministry and was introduced to the Word of Faith movement and the ministry of miracles, signs, and wonders. He served faithfully from ages sixteen to twenty-seven, deepening his understanding of Scripture and the power of God while building a foundation for pastoral leadership.
Pastor Jared was later installed as Senior Pastor of Glory of God Ministries, founded by Overseer Janet Davis. Looking back, he recognizes his childhood encounters as a foreshadowing of the work of God now evident in his ministry. Through miracles, signs, and wonders, including healing and deliverance, he has witnessed lives transformed, families restored, and households experiencing renewed hope and direction. He finds joy in shepherding God’s people and helping them deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ, grow in spiritual maturity, and fulfill their God-given purpose.
Pastor Jared is married to Patricia Davis, who serves as First Lady of Glory of God Ministries. Together, they have three beautiful children: Adarius Miller, Jaziah Davis, and Micah Davis
